Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor incoming payments, including credit card payments, wire transfers, checks, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of billing, including generating invoices and applying payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer payment records and communicate with customers regarding billing issues.
• Prepare and present regular AR aging reports to management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and resolve billing issues.
• Assist in audits as needed and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting ERP software and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
