Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems (fuel, electrical, emissions, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire repairs
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
• Test and adjust systems to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely vehicle repairs and reduce downtime
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
• Knowledge of hazardous material vehicles and PTO/ Hydraulic driven pump system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, systems, and troubleshooting
• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
• ASE certification is a plus
